cpanel not opening on home pc

Specs: Windows XP
Hi,
I am unable to open the cpanel from my home pc but when I check it in the office, it just downloads with no problem. I have IE and Chrome and both of them cant get the page. With Chrome its giving me "The webpage at http://www.askdevlin.com/cpanel might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address." The last time I was working with my cpanel was 3 days ago when I deleted some email addresses and when I clicked "home" on the cpanel - boom! It gave me the error as I've been getting since then - I would really appreciate if you guys can help me on this. This is my first project and my first site. Thanks!

You might try flushing the dns cache and see if that helps. http://www.tech-faq.com/flush-dns.s...

if it is not opening due to the proxy problem then ,
for the cpanel with url www.mysite.com/cpanel
try to give the url cpanel/mysite.com
it should work then.

Here are some things to check for:

- Does your home office have a firewall that is blocking access?

- Do you have antivirus security software that is blocking access?

- Is port 80 unblocked to allow web servers to send you pages?

- Does your network interface have an IP address assigned to it through DHCP?
