Specs: Windows XP
I had a .csv file having first 2 and 2 lines are information about the file and rest of the middle are actual data.So, I want to skip those first two and last two lines and need to extract the actual data..

sed -e '3,$!d' -e 'N;$!P;$!D;$d' yourfile.csv > newfile.csv
