Your Tracked Threads highlighting

May 6, 2016 at 11:52:24
Specs: Linux
In the list of "Your Tracked Threads", some of the thread titles are bolded
and have a colored background to highlight them. Even after years of using
this list to find and read posts in threads I started, it isn't clear to me exactly
what the highlighting signifies. Exactly what does it signify???

Hello Jeff Root,

It means there has been a reply on the post since you last looked at it. You have to look at it through that list for it to update.

Huh -- I have to look at the thread via the list of Tracked Threads in
order for the highlighting to be updated! Sneaky. Okay, that'll do it.

Jeff Root,

Or, reply to it.

Its really designed to work sort of in a consolidated fashion. If you are paying attention to the bolding, you are most likely browsing through that system as opposed to finding the threads some other way.
