Recommended File Sharing Site?

On rare occasions, I need to see an Excel file in order to help someone with an Excel issue in the Office forum. Since I want the file to be accessible to anyone that wants to help, I prefer have to person with issue upload the file to a file sharing site as opposed to having the person email the file directly to me.

I've typically suggested zippyshare since there is no registration required and the site appears to be safe, but the site is getting more and more annoying. They present multiple download buttons, only one of which is actually for the file, the rest are spam or products for sale. Even the actual download button for the file opens a spam window on the first click, which you have to then close and then click the same button again to actually download the file.

I get it. You can't offer free services for free. Someone has to pay for them. That said, I'll ask anyway:

Does anyone know of a free, safe, no-registration-required file sharing site that is easy to use?

I'm not asking for too much am I? ;-)

I've used File Convoy (see riider at #1) and have had no trouble with it at all. Just avoid any big buttons that go to "offers" (I don't see them because my ad-blocker removes them). There are others but that one handles large files.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Would one of 'The Clouds' provide a simple solution. Generally they provide some free space, depending on amount of Gb's used..

You upload a file, than advise the (Cloud) file link to the person, or persons, for them to access in order to view, or download if required.

e.g. (I consider this Awesome!)

Good Luck - Keep us posted.
