"And since you insist on being able to run WIndows apps, maybe you should bite the bullet & download a pirated version of Win7? Look for "SP1 activated AIO" at PirateBay. Of course, the download would be over 4GB." I have reported the post containing this quote, and have commented on it in the thread itself. As the post has been left to stand without alteration I have to, regrettably, conclude that software piracy is not only condoned but positively encouraged in these forums.
That's not the sort of forum that I care to be associated with.
Hey, I agree this poster is particularly frustrating, and I understand riider's frustration. However, I do tend to agree with ijack that the instructions were a little too specific. I've gone ahead and removed the postings.
Thanks for letting me know about it!
Justin
You know as well as anyone that pirated software is not condoned or support given for it. It must have slipped through the cracks. Message Justin about it.

This is the URL:

This seemed improper to me as well.
Yep, I posted that recommendation. Feel free to have it deleted.
Thanks LMiller7. In my view riider DID NOT post it as to encourage users to use pirated software. His answer was the result of the original poster stubbornness and overly opinionated. I have personally noticed the way the original poster ask questions and his followup answers in many threads here. In doing so he turned off lots of helpers.
EDIT: IMHO riider did nothing wrong. In that thread he said he knew better than to post a link.
Well done riider.
