Hey all,

I have just implemented a new setting under the My Computing.Net Settings section. Before, there was a checkbox called "Disable In-Text links on the site." That has changed to "Disable In-Text links and Sidebar Ads on the site." If you select this box, you will no longer see either In-Text link advertising or ads in the Right Sidebar of the site. This should help everyone who uses the site regularly by allowing the site to load faster.

I just wanted to let you all know about it so that you can use it!

Thanks,
Justin

I don't mind the sidebar ads, so I'd rather leave them and give the site some revenue. I don't like the in-text links though, with their way of popping up and obscuring things. And I find the in-thread navigation box a pain in that it requires extra scrolling and many times has caused me to miss posts beneath it.
