Solved Is there a way to remove 'solved' when a post is NOT Solved?

Hi, just wondering if there is a way to remove 'solved' when the poster accidentally clicks on his/her post as solved when the 1st person replies to the post? I feel this tends to stop other helpers from helping when a solution hasn't actually been found....thanks

✔ Best Answer
XpUser4Real,

Yes, the OP can remove the solved posting. Moderators can as well.

Thanks,

Thanks Justin, that's what I wanted to know. I never noticed that 'clear best answer' before, probably because I don't ask many questions I suppose...

XpUser4Real,

No problem. The bigger issue is users not paying attention, because any user can clear a best answer he or she accidentally selects.
