Solved is anyone else having problem accessing tycho.usno.navy.mil?

Specs: Windows XP, various (16+ computers)
Anyone else not seeing this website? I like to use it to keep my clocks accurate, and now I can't see it:
http://tycho.usno.navy.mil
Maybe it's something on my end. Strangely enough, my web-page ftp password is also not working, so I'm wondering if my system is going nuts.
