Hello raycuadro,

The tool does indeed require Java. When you click, "Add a Screen Capture," it should say, "Initializing..." if you are creating a new posting. If you are posting a reply, you need to next click Begin Process. Then the system should detect your Java and ask you to run a Java program. Inside this program, you will record the screen capture. When you are done, you can title it and hit OK. Then you will be sent back to the page and your screen capture information will appear at the top of the form. When you make the posting, the screen capture will be attached.

You cannot paste a screen capture into the window. It doesn't work this way. It must be recorded using the app.

Thank you!
Justin

I don't think it requires the Java app. It appears to have changed since I last used it some time ago, so I've asked the webmaster to let you know the current procedure.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Thanks Derek.... Let me know what you found out. Or, how do I go to the Webmaster?
