I believe so...at least last time I checked.

CPU: AMD FX-8350 - 8 Core @ 4.0 GHz
RAM: 2x4 GB @ 1600 MHz
SDD: Samsung EVO 840 500GB
HDD: WD Black 2TB
Mobo: MSI 970A-G43
GPU: Radeon 7870

The site never did that. What the site does is e-mail you about replies if you are the original creator of the thread. The site also e-mails you if you get one of your replies marked as a best answer.

The reason we decided not to e-mail about every single thread a user has replied to is because it would result in massive amounts of e-mails being sent out. To track threads you have replied to, you should make use of the My Computing.Net Message List.
