Hi all,

This week's poll question is about the ongoing Pokemon Go craze sweeping the planet. Discuss here if you have been swept up, and, if you like, the poll results themselves.

Thanks,
Justin

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Was nearly run over by a group of teenagers on their bikes riding pretty fast whilst looking down at their phones. Luckily they saw me in time and shouted "SORRY WE ARE LOOKING FOR POKEMON"

it looks fun, but as Derek says I am also over 10 years old and the wife has many, MANY chores for me :(

I look for walleye all summer long after season opens. When I find him, I take him home and eat him.

Come November I'm out looking for Mr Moose, Miss Elk, Mr or Mrs Whitetail and Mr or Mrs Mule deer. If I find one I like, I take it home and eat it too.

Look for an imaginary creature on my cellphone that I can't eat?? I'm too busy fishing, hunting, travelling or getting ready to do one of the 3 (aside from work of course)

It matters not how straight the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate;
I am the captain of my soul.

"Discuss here if you have been swept up..."

Not just no, but he** no. Anyone with a life and/or job wouldn't fool with such drivel.

D-D-D-Ditto, but I wish I'd been prescient a few months ago and bought some Nintendo stock:

I keep reading stories about the "victims" of this game... Players falling off cliffs, getting hit by cars, being lured to a location via the "lure module" and being robbed or worse.

"Craze" is appropriate. People are getting crazy over this. Nope. I think I'll pass on this one.
