Not sure what they mean with build in VPN, hopefully not "by default you pay"
Anyways, ideal for streamers.

Used Opera long ago (Win3.x/95 days). It was lean, stable and quick. Now it's just a rehash of Chrome, which I really don't have much love for. Their mobile browser is still pretty decent, but they're still trying to push too many ads for my taste... "Channeling the spirit of jboy..."
