Hi all,

This week's poll question is about news that Microsoft's "Hello" biometric login feature will support wearables as well as Windows 10. Discuss here if you think difficult-to-remember passwords will soon become a thing of the past, and, if you like, the poll results themselves.

Thanks,
Justin

Hi Justin,

I was just wondering if when you post these poll questions, you could also provide a link to an article? I know I can easily google it myself, but it would be good to read the same article as you and everyone else... just a thought.

Thanks,

Once again, my spidey senses are tingling. The conspiracy theorist in me says this is a very bad idea & is just another method of tracking & control. The masses will eventually jump on this technology because remembering & typing passwords is such a "burdensome chore". They will assume that their "Hello" data will just be contained in their computer or personal device, but soon Microsoft will have a huge database of fingerprints, facial & retinal recognition, not to mention voice (Cortana or OK Google). I wonder what it will be used for?

What is Windows Hello: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/...
