Hi all,

This week's poll question is about news that Intel has expanded its bug bounty program. Discuss here if you think this move will help in a meaningful fashion with the security of Intel's products, and, if you like, the poll results themselves.

Thanks,
Justin

I have not looked into it too much, but as far as i can see it is a good thing.
I mean like if a black hat finds such exploit, as explained here:
https://security-center.intel.com/B...
They might aswell turn white hat for a (maby) even bigger reward without risking going to prison for selling such exploit to the black market (for example on the onion), while aslo letting intel fix the security issue, thus increasing sensitive data security for all users with intel hardware.

Anyways, thats just what i think about this topic.
