Hi all,

This week's poll question is about news that Apple has filed a patent for a foldable phone. Discuss here if you think flip or folding phones will make a comeback, and, if you like, the poll results themselves.

Thanks,
Justin

Apple will probably do it, but the phones wouldnt really gain much over their predecessors, other than price. Again

The olde phlip phone had a certain cachet about; a shade of the early Startrek communicator..

The current flat open unprotected face phones are by no means as safe/secure from damage to the nice shiny touch screen; unlike the olde phlip phone/clamshell design...

I could see them being an attractive item if priced right, and not a rip off.
