I missed that point but I am glad for it. I am a T-Mobile subscriber and am happy with my current plan. AT&T would have changed that for the worse.

I'd think that everyone (except AT&T/T-Mobile) wins if the merger fails. More competition is good news (even for those of us on Verizon); however the longevity of T-Mobile is still in question:
