How can use run at command to run a command or a specific task periodically or daily in solaris ? I use solaris 10 version

The at command is used to execute a program sometime in the future:

myscript.ss|at 1515 sep 2

The at command is not really designed to run commands at a specific time. The cron utility is best.

Although I've never used it, the Solaris at MAN page describes having the at command reschedule itself:

# my.daily runs every day
at now tomorrow < my.daily
daily-processing
