Over a week ago I was surfing the Internet when I decided to open an "update" for Flash Player that a video said I required to play it. After downloading the "update" and opening the file I quickly realized that it was a virus as my computer immediately restarted itself and came to a window entitled Startup Repair, because Windows cannot start propely and this search for the source of the problem comes up with nothing. My computer is currently unplugged most of the time just to be sure that whatever virus I downloaded has little chance to do too much damage. I've asked a few friends about what I should do but I figured I should probably consult an expert before I followed their advice or brought it in to be repaired.
