i tried to download c cleaner and all my pc will do on the downloading is get to the arrow and then it stops.
What browser are you using? If it's Firefox it has a down arrow and if you click on it shows the download state. Have you tried a different browser and what happens if you Save the file instead of running it? Look in Downloads folder.
