Which should I get?

Specs: Windows 7 Home
Kaspersky Anti-Virus or Kaspersky Internet Security?

They are both on sale at Staples, and there is a $10 difference. It is for my brother. When I checked the comparison, it seems it's just anti-spam, parental controls, and two-way firewall that the internet security adds. My brother wouldn't need anti-spam and parental controls.
Which leaves the firewall. Is this really necessary?

Hi SlushieAhoy,

Yes a firewall is totally necessary for any computer, it is your pc's main line of defence. To not use one would be the same as leaving your front door open while you wen't away for the weekend.
If your brother is using WindowsXP? I would suggest a third party firewall.
i.e. Zonealarm or Comodo firewalls, both are free and easy to use. If he's using Windows7 he should be fine.
I would also recommend Avast free version, as mentioned in post #1.
And add Malwarebytes for extra security.
