Specs: Windows 7
When I connect to internet, warning window appears telling me that the computer will shut down automatically in couple seconds and to save my files immediately. Then, it just shuts down.
What is happening?? How can I fix this?
I tried to system restore my comp. But it wouldn't work, everytime it says "system restore" is incomplete.
there is trojan horses and worms on the computer i am looking at. i have opened in save mode and removed the viruses but it will still not connect tot he internet. it shuts down after connecting to the internet for a minute. i have checked the start up files and their is nothing virusie in the start up files.
i am basically left now with a reload off the operating system.
if you have any suggestions they would be well appreciated.
thanks
