THIS NICE INFORMATION CAME FROM GRC- so what can I do???
the machine says it's 'clean'- nothing to be found there.. so help me out- please..

That statement is somewhat misleading. More of your information probably ends up on social networking sites by your choice.

However, from time to time I run netstat -an from a command prompt. Unwanted connections would show there but it takes time to learn how to read that output. Other than that limit scripts running in the browser.

How do you know when a politician is lying? His mouth is moving.
