This looks like a AVG detection, if so the system that detected it should have removed it. if not where is the trojan located/how do you know that it is there.

If it follows suit with a standard naming, this file/malware should be using your computer for something that you do not want it to, so I would try to remove it with AVG if possible.

Yes it was AVG. It was put into a vault. But I always like to know the inner-workings of what grabs my attention. I was wondering what that Particular virus would of done to my computer if it was not detected. I also removed AVG from my computer because since I downloaded it, my computer ran so much slower. I downloaded the new Microsoft Security Essentials and my computer seems to be running quicker now. I know virus' are designed to do certian things and I just wanted to know what this one was designed to to....Seems like it was a new one since I couldn't find any matching virus' in Google search for agent2.bxps. Any info would be helpful in satisfying my curiosity. Thank you

Usually this type of malware allows / downloads other malware. The other thing that they are known for is allowing a remote user to download / make changes. The reason I suspect that you have not been able to find much information on this is that the name given by AVG is a generic type name, this should mean that it fit the criteria to be a "agent" type malware. Because it met those criteria, AVG deleted it.
