Hi
I haven’t had irregularities in my system. I was just wondering what these were. They haven’t returned yet since I deleted them. I’ve read about some online but can’t find a direct answer and wonder if anyone has seen these before on their system. I don’t install dangerous software on my machine at all.

C:\ProgramData\54f3de4e-b7ba-4ebd-8b3b-385d272cc583

C:\ProgramData\DP45977C.IfI

C:\ProgramData\Applause and Laugher (A blank file, not a folder)

C:\ProgramData\simplitec (was empty)

C:\ProgramData\boost_interprocess

I have Nikon software and Vegas software with other audio and video purchased programs but launched them all and these folders were not created again. Malwarebytes and Kaspersky never reported any problems on my system.

Dunno what they are but Run this very small program:

AdwCleaner:
https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcle...
Download and "Save" the file somewhere. Go to the saved file then double click it to run the program. Run the "Scan", followed by "Clean & Repair" if anything is found.

It often finds Malware that even MalwareBytes main program misses and is widely used on this forum.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
