what is C:\HIBERFIL.SYS and C:\PAGEFILE.SYS

Specs: Windows Vista
i run a scan on my computer and get this Files not scanned:
Cannot open file (click here for more info) C:\HIBERFIL.SYS
Cannot open file (click here for more info) C:\PAGEFILE.SYS
what is this should i be worried?

There is nothing wrong.

hiberfil.sys is used for the hibernation function.
pagefile.sys is the pagefile.
These files are hidden by default and will not be displayed in Windows Explorer. These are both important system files and you should not try to modify them in any way. If you disable hibernation then hiberfil.sys will be deleted.

Both of these files are locked by the system for exclusive access, thus they cannot be scanned by any antivirus program. This is completely normal and the way it should be. Since these files are locked it means that it is impossible for these files to be infected by a virus or other form of malware.
