Warning file DLACTRLW.EXE is infected

Specs: Windows XP
I just got the virus too a few hours ago. It currently appears system security pop up telling you how many viruses you have and how to easily solve the problem by buying this new software. How can i fixed? with is the danger being connected to Internet?

Try downloading Malwarebytes, you most likely be blocked from updating it. Run a full scan anyway. Delete all it finds.

Never click on those pop-ups in the first place (not even to close its Window).

Either use Ctrl-Alt-Del (End task) until they are gone or reboot.

You can upload DLACTRLW.EXE to virustotal.com and wheither it is infected or not. Also Security Task Managera nice utility to detect malwares.
