Can you run MSCONFIG and disable all startup programs? 1. Boot to safe mode (regular)
2. Once you log into Windows, go to start -> run -> type: msconfig -> hit enter
3. Select "services" tab -> check "hide all microsoft services" -> then "disable all"
4. Select "startup" tab -> "disable all"
5. Click OK and Restart
After loading Windows normally, download and run Hitman Pro 3.5
1. Download: Hitman Pro http://www.surfright.nl/en/downloads
2. Scan using quick scan.
3. Setup page: select "No, I only want to perform a one-time scan ..."
4. If it finds anything, select free cleanup.
Once your computer is clean. Restore msconfig to normal:
1. go to start -> run -> type: msconfig -> hit enter
2. In the General Tab -> select "Normal Startup"
3. Press Ok and RestartBest Regards,

Followed Steps, However When In Safemode, Start, "Run" is hidden.... I followed procedure in regular mode wich went smooth untill downloading time. I hit download & I just get a Beep sound after a few seconds. No Downloading Button pops up, & when I go to my downloads in my document file (Where it should be) I dont see the hitman =0(
You should be asking in the virus forum, not hardware. You're going to have a to use a non-infected machine to download & burn an anti-virus "rescue disk" (there are plenty available - google it). Then boot off the disk in the infected machine & remove the virus.
riider makes a good point. You should download Hitman pro from a different computer and transfer it to the infected one through a USB flash drive or other storage device. Also try downloading Microsoft Essentials from another PC and transfer it over: http://www.microsoft.com/security/p...
Does your keyboard have a Windows button? Its usually next to the ctrl and alt buttons at the bottom. If you hold the Windows button down and press the "r" key, it will open the "Run window". (Windows key + R key)
