1. Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from
2. Reboot in safe mode. Turn off your computer, then turn it on as it is starting tap the F8 key. This should bring up a menu, you should choose "safe mode with networking".
3. Log in as administrator, and run Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, keep updating until you see a dialogue that reads "you have the latest database version".
4. do a full scan, and remove anything found.
