Virus or Paranoia? Please Help

Specs: Windows XP
Hi, I recently downloaded a trojan on accident and with AVG free I put it in the vault, but i have unknown processes open that after my research may very well be viruses, the following processes have me on edge-
Isass (I CANNOT TELL IF IT'S AN L OR AN I AND CANNOT CHANGE MY FONT) and winlogon.exe.SYSTEM IS NOW TAKING UP 90K MEM USAGE. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!! I have Trend Micro Hijack if you guys need it .

Lsas.exe and Winlogon.exe are both vital system processes. Termination of either will result in a system reboot.

In some cases a malware process will have the same name as a normal process. There is no easy way to tell them apart. It is completely normal to have multiple instances of svchost.exe and some other processes.

The SYSTEM process using 90MB memory is not at all unusual on XP. Mine is 95MB as I write this. This will vary depending how much RAM you have, what processes are running, etc.

If Winlogon is anywhere but your System 32 folder, than it's most likely a virus. Also the same goes for Lsass.exe. As both are Microsoft files. I would try scanning with: and if they are threats, try removing them with Malware Bytes:
