virus infect windows xp

Specs: Windows XP, 1.6GB (Laptop)
hi all do you know now to removal the virus that always display message:
Title: iexplore.exe - no disk
"There is no disk in the drive, please insert a disk into drive"

when i click to close it, it display every time, and my pc was infect by virus and virus was disable task manager, hidden file, and i can't log in safe mode.

Can you check if the computer recognizes a flash drive?

Are you able to download programs?

ok.that seems like a malwarebytes antimalware and rename the downloaded file mbam_setup.exe to wjipogyt98eb.exe then install it and goto the place were you installed malwarebytes antimalware and rename mbam.exe to sgpiouvtej9t8e.exe and then start it and run a quick scan after the scan remove the viruses then run a full scan.and after all the viruses are removed install a good avast.

and then go here to enable your disabled task manager and registry:
