I have scanned my computer many times and one company, McAfee tech said that the virus is not in my computer, but in the yahoo account only.. it continues to send out emails to anyone in my book.. I have had to remove everyone from my book and put them on a document and then use a copy paste system to send emails.. I have contacted Yahoo and they confirmed twice that the letter was received from me and said they would be in touch within 24 hours.. that was 7 days ago.. NOTHING.. WHAT NOW?? any suggestions? Also cannot locate the way to reach yahoo again.. HELP!!

Thanks, Doris West

Google is your friend. Here is a how-to

Google for yahoo online tech chat and start there.

With your e-mail account on yahoo. I presume you have already changed your password? That's the 1st thing to do.

Some HELP in posting on plus free progs and instructions Cheers

If worst comes to worst just stop using that account and make a new one because unless google can trace it there is not much you can do.

This happens when you open a email or attachment that may contain a virus.
