Specs: Windows XP
I have got a virus in my PC which disables regedit, task manager etc. So,I needed to format my computer. I burned an image file onto a disc with the virus still in my pc.Is there any chance that the virus might have also been written onto the disc?

Before reformatting, I would suggest DBan (it's free), that kills all boot viruses etc from your HD.

Some HELP in posting on Computing.net plus free progs and instructions Cheers
