Virus can't be removed

January 21, 2012 at 12:33:12
Specs: Windows XP, 250
I have something called zeroaccess rootkit TCP/IP, which combofix says, but everytime I run combofix it pops up saying im infected with the same thing again.. I tried AVG, Ad-ware, malwarebytes and they don't detect anything.. I installed Spyware Doctor and it comes up with infections, but can't remove them due to it being the free version... Both my pc and laptop are infected with this

Any help would be appreciated.. Thanks...

Download and run the zeroaccess removal tool:

Download & install Malwarebytes Antimalware.

Be sure to update and run a full scan.

Let me know how that goes.

I downloaded that tool, and it rebooted the machine and then said it found nothing, I updated malawarebytes and it found a few things and removed them, ran combofix again, and it still says it found the zeroaccess rootkit tcp/ip stack.. Looks like this zeroaccess is downloading other viruses and malware.. So far nothing is removing the zeroaccess rootkit. I also forgot to mention I also tried tdsskiller which is another tool, and it also was unable to find anything..
