Soooooo everyone has this nasty virus on their computers. It pulls up the external hard drive as a folder instead of a drive symbol. Then you cant just dbl click it to open, you have to right click and then open it that way. The hard drive will show shortcut folders for music, pictures, documents and other things. If you click on that folder by accident, it will delete that corresponding folder. In some cases, some people cant even start up their computer because once it gets to the log on screen your keyboard goes dead. You haven’t heard of anything that might fix it have you?

"It pulls up the external hard drive"

What does this mean? Can you describe, in detail, the steps you take leading up to this?
