Unable to Log-In to Yahoo-Mail from Home Comp

June 14, 2011 at 04:41:25
Specs: Windows 7, Intel Core2 Duo Motherboard/4Gb RAM
1. Since last two days, I’m unable to reach my Yahoo mail page from my Home Computer (OS: Win-7). When I Log-in and select the Mail option, a box with the following message appears and stays on indefinitely :
“Welcome to Yahoo! Mail Yahoo! Mail is now even faster, safer, and easier to use. Yahoo! now automatically identifies items such as words, links, people and subjects from your email to learn what matters to you so that we can deliver exciting new product features and relevant ads. Before you can access Yahoo! Mail, we need your consent to our new Terms of Service and the Yahoo! Mail Privacy Policy. Learn more about how we protect your privacy."
2. At the bottom of the box, two options are placed : "I Accept" & "No Thanks”. However, nothing happens on selecting either of the options, and the page hangs.
3. Other e-mail accounts of my friends can be accessed from the same computer.
4. My own "My Yahoo" account can be accessed on the same PC; and except the "Mail" option, all its other pages can also be opened.
5. I’m able to access my mails from my Office Computer.
Please advise. Thanks.

have you tried both options yet?

yahoo is trying to force their new mail on people, I just keep on clicking on 'no thanks' and I can access my account.

Try a different browser, maybe just IE has problems with the 2 choices.

Some HELP in posting on Computing.net plus free progs and instructions Cheers
