have you tried navigating to the C:\Windows and locating regedit.exe .

then try renaming it to simple.exe. then see if it will run, from there you should be able to edit things to get back to running.

PUM stands for potentially unwanted modifications. An antivirus or Malware program wont correct unless you tell it too because there are legitimate reasons for these modifications.

The list you are showing has > "no action taken" at the end. What program are you running that gave you this list and why dont you just let it fix them?
