Trojan horse Generic21.ALDP

I'm running AVG and keep getting a Resident Shield alert that a Threat detected!
File name: AcroRd32.exe
Threat name: Trojan horse Generic21.ALDP

Any help on getting rid of this virus?

I second this finding. Is it really infected? I just installed Adobe Reader X from Adobe's website.

I uninstalled Adobe Reader X and install Adobe Reader 9.4 and the problems went away. Seems to be a conflict with Reader X and AVG.

Thanks mickeydo . That worked for me to uninstall 10 and install 9. - must be some issue with AVG. It's free what do you expect. I'm sure they will fix AVG soon and will try to reinstall 10 another day.
