the ordinal 1111 could not be located in the dynamic link li

Specs: Windows 7
How do I fix the error, "the ordinal 1111 could not be located in the dynamic link library wsock32.dll?". On the window that displays this error, it says vxmon_full.exe - ordinal not found.

It seemed that we started to get this error after getting the virus zeroaccess. We have Norton and I have run their zeroaccess removal tool, which when complete say that no problems found, but the virus comes right back. Then I ran their Norton Power erase and it doesn't seem to be working either. Each time we restart the computer we get this error.

If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.

Thanks,

Jeff

If you are unable to fix & have to reinstall your operating system, you can attach your hard drive to another comp & recover your important stuff.

To reinstall, you must delete all partitions & then format to NTFS.
