Taskbar and Volume Control issues

Starting about a week ago, my volume control button started spazzing out of control. I have to go under Speaker Properties to disable it in order for it to stop making the annoying sound it does. In addition to this, there are issues with the taskbar and when I try to click on "Firefox" for example it won't let me.......this video basically shows my problems because they are pretty hard to describe but I tried anyways.........

Here is what I've tried:
SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Ran a full scan from each of those 3 above and deleted and quarantined whatever was found but the problem continues.

I even did a system restore to a week before the issue started happening but NOTHING...

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sadly I dont think anyone is going to click on the video, just because of the risk.

what files were removed by those programs? can you copy that specific part from the logs, from there I may be able to help.

I got it fixed. I turned off my computer. Took the battery out for about 10 seconds, then put it back in and turned my computer on again. It was fine.

And I got that solution from another topic on here because the person had a similar problem....but "videobam" is just a video hosting site, thought people might know about it......
