ERROR_OUTOFMEMORY? Either you're running a 32-bit program that hit its 2GB/4GB memory limit, you ran out of disk space, you have a manually set page file that's too small, or your hard drive is dying.

If it's the first, you should contact the programmers of said program. If you're running low on storage, either upgrade to something larger, or delete stuff. If it's the page file configuration, have Windows manage the page file. Finally, if the disk is dying, back up NOW and get a replacement before the thing dies completely.

Run Memtest86 via bootable CD or flash drive to test memory properly and let it run through all tests at least once.
Any memory errors usually means replacing both memory sticks as a pair.
You can though try cleaning the memory contacts with a soft clean pencil eraser, removing any dust, and then popping them in and out of the sockets 4 or 5 times to also burnish the contacts inside of the sockets.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
