svchost trying to delete tcpip, netbt, sha...

May 30, 2010 at 02:44:52
Specs: Windows 7 64-bit
Webroot AntiVirus with SpySweeper:

svchost.exe is attempting to delete tcpip

svchost.exe is attempting to delete netbt

svchost.exe is attempting to delete SharedAccess

(and a few others I didn't catch)

I tried to install a program called HotSpotShield (and a few similar programs) which, during installation, induced warnings such as these. I don't know if these programs are supposed to be doing this or if I'm also being attacked. However, Webroot suggested that if I knew what the program was doing, I should allow the changes. But now it is beginning to worry me because Webroot won't quit warning me about svchost trying to delete the mentioned, and a few more that I haven't gotten the names of.

I just want to be sure that whatever this is gets taken care of, even if I am overreacting.

EDIT: I have uninstalled any questionable programs as a precaution.
