I allowed att to have remote access to download the macafee computer protection but they were unable to. And then I contacted macafee but instead of them tAKING THE TICKET # AND HANDLING IT THAT WAY THEY JUST ASK ME TO GIVE THEM REMOTE ACCESS AND I CONTACTED THEM 3 TIMES AT 3 DIFFERENT LEVELS THEY SAY AND THEY STILL COULDNT DOANLOAD IT. THEY SAID I HAVE A WINDOWS 7 MICROSOFT PROBLEM.
