Specs: Windows XP, 2 gb
Some sites are now blocked, due to spy sweeper, and when I try to go into the browser's content advisor it says "Webroot Spy Sweeper controlled". We need the password or a way to get around this so we can access the sites.

Why don't you have the password? Is this a laptop or desktop?

Have you contacted their support yet? They should have your order number and should be able to help you.

Have you tried uninstalling it yet? If not, try it and see if it uninstalls. If it doesn't, you can use revo uninstaller to forcefully uninstall it and remove all registry entries. Then you can always re-install it after that.

I myself stay away from paid anti-spy progs. The ones free for home use are much better and less hassle in my opinion.
