spamming from HOTMAIL accounts

Specs: Windows 7
I got AOL to admit that it was an inrternal problem that hackers had gotten on THIER own sever and were sending out spam to my contact list. So any advice you get, password change, anti-virus, etc was useless! I have since closed my AOL account. Now with my AT&T account I get spam by the ton of the "online pharmacy" variety from HOTMAIL users. I forward each one to and have gotten messages from the of closing members accounts for spamming, when in fact it is THEY that have a problem with hotmail servers!

It's time that ISP's admit this problem and DEAL with it! How can we protect ourselves when hackers are able to access ISP servers??? They get past our passwords because they are already in the ISP's OWN system.

If you really don't want spam don't put your email addy in public viewing places like this forum?
Keep your email contacts list on your pc as a file/folder, and load them manually as you need them.

your best move was getting rid of AOL...that was the most destructive software out there.
And you just added more spammers to your e-mail by posting your e-mail addy in an open forum...maybe some day you will learn.

Some HELP in posting on plus free progs and instructions Cheers
