Change your email password and make sure it's a long, secure one (a mixture of random letters and numbers that don't have any significance to you personally).

Depends on what you mean by "hijacking." Do you mean someone has actually accessed your email account and is sending/reading/deleting email in your account? Or, are other people receiving email that appears to come from you and you didn't send it?

If the former, then change your password as pip suggests. If the latter, then your email is probably being spoofed. In which case, you can't do anything to stop it unfortunately.
