|*Open the command prompt as Administrator|
type the following
ipconfig /flushdns and then
*Try reseting the Internet Explorer
*Delete the cookies,temporary internet files
-Open IE,Goto Internet options,Under General tab and under browsing history click delete and then click on settings and then click view files and delete all the files.
*Reboot the computer
*If any of the above doesn't fix try using different browser like chrome,firefox.
*Even that doesn't fix try checking the speed of your Internet Connection
