Solved Should I get rid of c:\windows\system32\drivers\{c5e48979-bd

Specs: Windows 7
Chrome and Avast have suggested c:\windows\system32\drivers\{c5e48979-bd7f-4cf7-9b73-2482a67a4f37}gw64.sys may be harmful to my PC. Should I remove it? Avast says its WIN32:BrowseFox-ET-PUP, which made me think it was Firefox, so I uninstalled it as I never used it anyway. However the file is still there. Should I be worried and remove it?

Yes, delete just the file itself "{c5e48979-bd7f-4cf7-9b73-2482a67a4f37}gw64.sys" if it will let you. If it doesn't let you, pop back and tell us.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
