"catchme.cfxxe " is trojan malware. Its safer if you remove it. If you couldn't remove from the anti-virus you have already, you can download Kapha Anti-Malware, which is helpful to remove such threat programs.
You can use following link to download "Kapha Anti-Malware"

CD Emulators are software application using which you can create/play virtual CD drive on your computers.
To the operating system, this appears as though you have another one (or more) new DVD or CD drives. Instead of placing a physical CDROM or DVD into this virtual drive, you "mount" an ISO image of the real CD or DVD using the drive.

Thank you :)

I ran COmbofix and it says it has detected CD emulation drivers - but to my knowledge i dont have any installed. Do you know if there is anything else it could be confusing it with?

Any program that is used for ISO type files would most likely be the emulator. PowerIso, MagicISO, Daemon Tools, Alcohol52-100% or microsoft Virtual Drive that might also be a drive emulator.

catchme.cfxxe belongs to Combofix and is not a virus. Try uninstalling Combofix then delete the catchme.cfxxe file.

Go to start> run> type in ComboFix /Uninstall (note the space after ComboFix) then press enter> run. This will uninstall combofix so give the uninstaller a minute to run.
