|On Friend's computer, after clearing 4 viruses backdoor trojan, and Trojan.Gen, as well as 883 malware programs. Found boot sector virus, Boot.Tidserv.b, used Norton Boot cleaner to clean it off that took multiple reboots and it seems to have also cleaned the BIOS information. Cannot get into the BIOS to change the boot order. Cannot boot to CD-ROM. Checked drive in external USB drive and drive scanns totally clean now.|
Cannot get the HP EVO D510 to come up to BIOS screens, seems to be geeting two short beeps and two long beeps.
Put new BIOS battery in per one of the posts I found.
