Specs: Windows 7
Ok so whenever i try to join a chat in something like yahoo messenger or web-cam with someone my computer just restarts. Some chat rooms i can join some i can't. What could posssibly turn my computer off. Is it windows yahoo or kerpatsky(i think thats how it's spelled), my security software that could be doing this? I want to know if with is some kind of security thing i can disable or some ind of virus. It is VERY frustrating and I can't find anyone who can point me in the right direction :( i'm 22 so i doubt its a parental controll thing but at this point i don't know what it could be.

Are you getting a blue screen error or anything?.. And what programs do you have on your computer?. (security wise).

NO error messages or anything it just turns off and on again
which is very frustrating because it makes it impossible to know
where this is coming from. i mean why would my security just
turn off my computer which i doubt is good instead of just
stopping it and telling me im doing something dangerous(which
im not). I have kaspersky for security.

It could be that it's not in the exceptions tab, therefore it's blocking it.
